On July 6, 2024, the Association for Sustainable Women Empowerment (ASWE) made history by hosting its First Ever Training and Conference at the Women Empowerment and Family Center in Buea. This groundbreaking event was designed to uplift, educate, and empower women through skill-building workshops, professional mentorship, and social responsibility initiatives.

The conference kicked off with a warm welcome from Madam Eteki Stella Dopgima, the esteemed Director of the Women Empowerment and Family Center in Buea. - Akpe Sidonie, a skilled entrepreneur, led a practical session on liquid soap manufacturing, proving that small-scale businesses can drive economic growth.
